The final installment of the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion saw Joe Gorga and Luis Ruelas engage in an explosive argument. Gorga accused Ruelas of being a “woman abuser” during the altercation. Ruelas denied the accusation, and Gorga refused to elaborate on his claims.
Teresa Giudice, Ruelas’ wife and Gorga’s sister, jumped in to defend her new husband, insisting that he treats her well. Ruelas also defended himself, stating that “desperate people do desperate things,” but Gorga will “meet [his] match one day.” Melissa Gorga, Joe’s wife, asked Ruelas why he was being attacked when he had welcomed Joe, but Ruelas simply replied that he was a “bully” who welcomed Joe just as well.
The two families came face-to-face for the first time since Joe and Ruelas nearly got into a physical fight during the Season 13 finale. During that altercation, Giudice and Ruelas had told Joe that Melissa was allegedly cheating on him with “multiple men.” Ruelas claimed that they only told Joe this so he could get “ahead” of the rumor.
Despite their differences, the families agreed to “forget” about each other for the time being. Joe concluded by telling Ruelas to be the man and leave him and everyone else alone. Ruelas agreed with the plan by shaking Joe’s hand and wishing him well.
Season 13 of RHONJ may be over, but Bravo’s streaming service, Peacock, will release an uncensored version on Wednesday, according to Page Six.
